Cancellation and Refund Policies

At Saanch Travels, we strive to provide a seamless travel experience for all our customers. However, we understand that plans can change. Below are the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds:

Cancellation Policy

  1. Flight Bookings:

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund, subject to airline policies.
    • Beyond 24 hours, cancellation charges will apply as per the airline’s terms and conditions.
    • No refunds for cancellations made less than 4 hours before departure.
  2. Hotel Reservations:

    • Cancellations made 7 days before the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made between 3–6 days before the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
    • No refunds for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the check-in date.
  3. Holiday Packages:

    • Cancellations made 30 days before the start date of the trip are eligible for a full refund, excluding non-refundable deposits.
    • Cancellations made 15–29 days before the start date will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
    • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date are non-refundable.
  4. Customized Tours:

    • As these are tailor-made experiences, cancellation policies will be communicated individually at the time of booking.

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation.
  2. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the booking.
  3. Convenience fees, taxes, and non-refundable deposits will not be included in the refund amount.
  4. In case of third-party services (airlines, hotels, etc.), refund timelines are subject to the respective vendor’s processing times.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or any other events beyond our control, refunds will be processed based on the policies of the service providers.

No-Show Policy

Failure to show up for a booked service (flight, hotel, or tour) without prior cancellation will result in a 100% charge with no refund.

Amendments to Bookings

  1. Amendments are subject to availability and any applicable fare differences or penalties.
  2. Requests for changes must be made at least 72 hours before the service start date.
